Email us at support@assessmentaslearning.com.au within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order number if you have it — we can find your account either way.
We’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of your request. Your access will be removed at the same time.
After 14 days
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed. If you have a problem with your account or access after this period, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
If you purchased a subject and believe there is a technical fault preventing you from using the product, contact us at any time — we’ll investigate and make it right.
